ASNAIL Integrated 2 in1 Sensor (AIS) is a multi-purpose sensor that measures real time pressure and temperature reliably and accurately.

In a Surface pumping system (HPS), AIS can be installed at pump intake and pump discharge.

The ASNAIL Surface Display (ASD) is used to process the data and provide the real time pump status.

The ASD is optional if customer has their own data processing device, i.e. analogue inputs.

The other application is to install to the wellhead flow line through the ½” NPT male connection, to monitor the wellhead pressure (Tubing Head Pressure), flow line pressure, temperature. In this application, the vibration is optional.
